Chalk Up began as an accumulation of training knowledge I picked up from 15 years of being a bro, graduating to a meathead, training a wide variety of clientele and assisting physiotherapists with their rehab clients. With a strong emphasis on self-accountability, efficiency and continuous learning; I’ve always aimed to improve the way others train and look at fitness.
As of 2020, I’ve made it my mission to provide a safe studio space for experienced health and fitness professionals alike to continue to do what they love - with the ability to maximize their potential.
